This Privacy Policy is meant to give you awareness of what data SOUTHVILLE website collects, the reason/s why we collect it, and what do we do with it.

To improve the website: Information such as pages most frequently visited, and technology used to access the website, may help the site handlers determine which aspect of site development or content creation to prioritize. Feedback from user emails may also be used for such purposes.
To send periodic emails: We may use the email address provided by a user to respond to inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If a user decides to opt in to our mailing list, he or she will be sent emails that may include news, updates, or other information. When addressing inquiries or concerns sent to us through email, our staff may send a copy of a user’s message, along with his or her information to our School Registrar, Principals, Deans, PR Specialists and other School Heads. Should you wish to exempt your information from this practice, please indicate as much in your correspondence.

Corporate Employee Website Privacy Policy

  1. SISC collects, acquires or generates employee’s personal information in many forms, including but not limited to written records, photographic and video images, digital material or biometric records. Such personal information may include information that was provided to SISC during application for employment, information that the school acquired or generated during employment with SISC, and unsolicited information.
  2. SISC uses these employee’s information as permitted or required by law to pursue SISC’s legitimate interests as an educational institution, including a variety of academic, administrative, historical, organizational events, employee engagement, and communication, and statistical purposes. 
  3. All the information and documents on the site are institutionally owned and can only be used within the company’s welfare and benefit.
  4. Sharing of information on this site to non-SISC entities or social media is strictly prohibited.
  5. SISC reserves the right, acting reasonably, to modify our Policy and Terms of Agreement at any time in our sole discretion, and will publish notice of any such modification in any of our communication systems. Any modification is effective immediately upon posting.
