Once again, we would like to measure the drivers of engagement of SISC employees during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. Employee engagement has been defined in terms of discretionary effort exhibited by employees in their jobs (Frank, Finnegan & Taylor, 2004; Kruse, 2012) or in terms of emotional and intellectual commitment to the organization (Baumruk, 2004; Richman, 2006; Shaw, 2005).
The engagers that will be measured in this survey are as follows:
